Center4Spark is a nonprofit organization providing non-attorney special education advocacy services to students and families. Our mission is to protect and promote students’ rights to a Free Appropriate Public Education by equipping parents and students with the knowledge, strategies, and advocacy skills needed to effectively navigate special education systems. Through education, collaboration, and empowerment, we strengthen family capacity and promote equitable educational outcomes.
